I am not here to milk you of your/ your child’s money. I am here to provide a service in which I am experienced in with the aim that (relative to pre existing knowledge and genuine ability to pick up technique and form ) after a few weeks of lessons you have learnt enough to train by yourself using what I have taught you as a foundation. You are always able to ask for advice regardless of wether you are currently my client or not as if you are once my client you will always be a friend in my eyes and I believe in helping my friends out. The first lesson : A free introduction to each other as well as a way for me to see how far you are in your journey as well as your level of knowledge. Upon this I will begin to have an understanding of how I can tailor our sessions in the future to accommodate your needs. Also any goals you have (in terms of weight gain/loss) will be discussed to help build your diet plan and to see how much cardio has to be implemented. After first lesson: we will begin a 6 day split (undisclosed until free lesson) unless you are unable/ unwilling to go 6 times a week which is understandable as it would be expensive therefore we would likely use the more common 3 times a week split. Furthermore I will ask you to send photo updates (if you are comfortable with it of course) of your weight as I will build you a custom diet tailored to your goal.
