I used to create a friendly atmosphere while teaching. To create love for the subject maths i used several hypothetical examples and games so that students can easily grasp the concepts.
Students can find the following things while tutoring:-

3. Different solution for a particular problem.
4. Hypothetical situation to applied those concepts.
5. Concept of math using games & art.
More importantly student will start loving the subject instead of grasping the concepts.
