I worked as a ESL Tutor in a Korean Institute. It's a one on one session after class and got 95% positive feedback from my clients. I also been a 51Talk ESL Teacher, wherein my task is to teach English Language to Chinese Students virtually with happy and unique interaction.

My strategies is that:
- I make tutorial sessions with parents during friday so that students can have a deep connection with the parents in order to better understand the student needs.
- I make lessons based on my student's educational needs.
- I helped students recap and understand previous lessons to move forward and connect with new lesson.
- I encourage students to participate and complete the assignments given
- Motivates them by giving them a positive feedback and encourage them as always.
