Dian Beecher

From a Business/corporate perspective I am a professional with over ten years’ experience in strategic planning, improving operational efficiency and team building. I possess the ability to quickly understand complex concepts, identify and solve problems, turn ideas into logical strategies, and implement systems that will optimize productivity and increase bottom line. I have earned a Masters in Business Administration; coupled with other Administrative certifications.

From an Education and teaching perspective, I am currently completing my PhD in Education. I have worked in the school environment and was afforded the opportunity of teaching experience:
Campion College - Substitute teacher (2015)
Knox Community college - Lecturer in Principles of Marketing and Strategic Management (2018)
Ardenne High School – Religious Education teacher (2023)

I am very familiar with the need to be extremely patient, caring, fair, respectful, motivating and empathetic when working with students.

In facilitating applicability of knowledge, I believe in using real-life scenarios as well as engaging problem-solving activities in my lesson planning, teaching and learning interaction. In ensuring that student cultivate a deep understanding of the concepts being taught, I also wholeheartedly embrace mastery teaching which allows for the breaking down of complicated concepts into simpler learning objectives.
