Since from 16 years while working at university and schools, I taught many advance subjects related to mathematics such as Linear Algebra, Real Analysis, Probability and Statistics, Applied Mathematics to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Algebra and Geometry to School students. At that time, I realised that my greatest strength is my time management skills and keenness for attention to detail. With time management skills, I guided my students to split the most complex and challenging tasks into smaller task so that they complete the assignment or projects on time .And Because of this maximum students scored above 90 marks out of 100 marks in my subject. I also worked as a online GATE educator on India's largest online platform. And teaching online was great experience for me and really enjoyed online teaching at that time .
Not being flexible to change my weakness .I discovered. this during Covid 19 pandemic , teachers are supposed to integrate technology into class and I was reluctant initially, But later understanding benefits resorted to learning to use technology. I want to build a long term career in teaching. I am fast learner as adaptability is my strength I can easily adapt work environment. I should take responsibility to overcome difficulties and challenges instead of leaving them for other people to do it. I take ownership of my professional development. I offer complete commitment to my chosen course hoping that you will consider my application.
