In my lessons, I focus on creating an engaging and supportive environment where learning feels both fun and rewarding. I typically start with a clear objective for each lesson, ensuring that students know what we aim to achieve. My lessons often include a mix of interactive activities, group discussions, and practical exercises.
I like to use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, including visual aids, hands-on activities, and conversational practice. We might start with a brief introduction or recap of the topic, followed by an activity or game to make the material more relatable. There’s always room for questions and open discussion, as I believe this helps solidify understanding and encourages critical thinking.
With experience teaching in different cultural settings and working with diverse age groups, I’m skilled at adapting lessons to meet the unique needs of each student. My goal is to make learning enjoyable and to help each student gain confidence in their abilities. Whether we’re working on language skills, social inclusion, or personal development, my lessons are always designed to be engaging, inclusive, and geared towards achieving tangible progress.
My experience spans teaching in diverse cultural settings and working with a wide range of age groups, from young children to teenagers and adults. I’ve taught English in Thailand and in Chile (via Zoom), mentored youth in health and fitness programs, and coached sports, which has given me a broad perspective on different learning needs and styles. The content of my lessons is always tailored to the needs and interests of my students.
