Hi name is Deqa I am from London. I completed level 3 learning support assistant course. I am studying Professional Development for Early Career Teachers.. I have always been passionate about teaching and able to help my students reach their goals also understand their difficult concepts and grown academically and not only do I enjoy teaching but I love to make my lesson as interactive and as fun as possible as I believe education should be an experience that you enjoy.

my teaching methods:

* explain the significance of the objective and how it will benefit the students. In other words, tell students how the lesson can help them in situations outside of class.

* Some simple ways to encourage experiential learning in classroom includes encouraging students to assess themselves regularly and reflect on what they’ve learnt. As a teacher, I might want to record teaching or keep feedback journals so that I know and can reflect on previous lessons.

* Note taking and summarizing is a teaching strategy that enables the students to keep information for a long time while being able to use it for analysis and presentation purposes. This method of teaching encourages participation through questions and other forms of clarification.

* Homework and practice is a teaching strategy that enables students to practice skills acquired from the previous lectures. This teaching strategy enables the student and teacher to form a communication policy that underlines the time framework and the methods for carrying out the prescribed assignment
