Building, maintaining a network of over 134 maintenance and call centres across Italy as a commercial and technical manager strengthened my skills to help customers and team members individually and promptly.

CILS
Familiar with the CILS B1 and B2 structure exams and able to prepare students for each exam test to acquire Italian citizenship and for University admission. Specifically, preparing for listening, reading, writing and speaking.

I have been mentoring and coaching people for more than 5 years using my Italian and English effective communication.

Italian Literature
A deep passion for poetry inspired me to write a few poems both in Italian and in English. This is ideal to develop skills of analysis, interpretation and self-expression.

Business Italian
MSc in Business Administration with specialisation in Maritime and Port Economics (5-year course - old system) from the University of Genoa in Italy and an MBA in General Management from Brunel University in London.

Additionally, over 10 years of professional experience in operations management, logistics and supply chain are solid pillars of my business and internal knowledge.
