I am a rather typical 28-year-old female. Ever heard about my country? I guess you have. Who hasn't ever mentioned Lionel Messi or Maradona, right?
I have been a teacher for more than 5 years now. I did not know how passionate I was about being a teacher until I became one.
There's a great deal of magic in my classrooms. - Mind you, online platforms can perfectly work as real-life classrooms-. I like to bond with my students because I trust the importance of genuine and enriching communication between teachers and students. I do not trust hierarchy: I like to see teaching-learning processes as profound and double-winning exchanges, socially and professionally speaking.
In my lessons, I make great use of technology for the sake of comprehension. Students and I are keen on working with genuine and audiovisual material, which fosters both comprehension and motivation at the same time.
As with many other processes in life, the teaching-learning process is usually seen as a challenge. Good and bad news: I believe it is a challenge. But isn't everything worth knowing in life is not a challenge?
