A structure approach will be used to assist in obtaining the requisite knowledge in regards principles of law.
It is also an opportunity for any student who has difficulty with any particular aspect of the law to ask questions and to clear up any confusion a student might have. An emphasises on case law, legislation and definitions of law will be all examined thoroughly in the sessions. Examination preparation techniques will be unfolded throughout the sessions. Law is about facts and in order to be successful in examinations one must be precise in all facts the more you know the more points you obtain. This will be in done in a question and answer session to get the student familiar with what will be required of them in the examination. Examinations are all about technique and how you approach them! A good positive attitude and a good memory attached but more importantly understanding the principles of law and how to apply those principles to the questions outlined in the examination. Examinations naturally bring on a wave of anxiety on most students and I have personally experienced all forms, However, with good exam preparation, good nutrition, sufficient sleep ( no burning the midnight oil before examinations ) a positive mental attitude. It is not the end of the world if you fail. It simply means you need to revert back to the drawing board assess your weaknesses and start all over again! Confidence and a good attitude and obviously a love of the subject is key!
