Hello I Deepak Vashishtha, completed my graduation from Delhi University in BSC ( H) electronics and have good score in 12th board exam , also clear the NDA written exam , having a jee mains score 90 percentiles
I am teaching a students of class
Of various private schools in Delhi
And they are doing well in there respective classes
My strategy is simple that is to make maths very easy so that students don't have fear about the subject
And if students is not understanding the concept the use various methods to teach the concept, as can't be only one method to teach someone so I use method according to the need of the students.
The method is used to prefer
1. Explanation of the syllabus first to the students means what we will learn in the chapter
2. What the school, in competitive exam can ask from the chapter
3. Making easy use of formula
4. Easy theory to students so that they can understand it in better ways
5. Practice of questions in class
With example
6. Giving homework to students
7. Special doubt solving sessions
8. Special classes at the time of exam
9. Always having fun with students to make them more comfortable with me.
10. Always stand with students
11. Regular meetings with there parents to share the report card of there childrens

So there cam be many more positive ways
Which I used whenever I need to work with the students
