I do speak on topic by making interesting and simple,Involve the people who are listening to me ,Ask them what they want to know and which ways they will grasp properly, I usually take feedback and work accordingly,
While teaching them I ask the various questions and explain them with lot of examples , I make my notes and explain the students and ask them which topic the want to studying because one topic covers lot of branches and in different countries the syllabus is also different, people do know me with my work,the way deliver at times I also fall in love with my lectures,but same time there are so many tutors who are giving their best and far better than me and I take the lesson and start to improve myself because we should have competition with us,I dont copy others but try to develop my own style,I can understand the people and in what way they understand ,at times I personally ask them what are their strength and weakness and What ways they catch and in which style they understand better, my teaching style is very attractive as I think so,few people may understand better and few may understand best ,I use simple words so everyone can understand better,many people say I am a good tutor,Many people say I can improve my style ,I learn by them and apply the strategy on them,if students do not understand properly I Ask them In what ways you understand better.
