I'm more than happy to adapt my teaching approach to suit the student's preferred learning style. However, my usual method involves starting with a short test that covers all the material we've worked on in previous lessons. This allows me to assess their understanding while I prepare their homework, ensuring they're revising effectively. In the first half of the lesson, I focus on introducing and explaining new content to ensure the student grasps the topic. The second half is dedicated to having the student complete practice questions, which we review together before wrapping up the lesson. This helps me gauge their understanding before assigning homework for the next session.
