I start by giving the student a personality test - this will help me understand who they are and how they learn. Using this information, I will create tailored lessons with practical and engaging support and information to ensure the student leaves each session learning at least 3 new things. Every 3rd session, I will provide a short test to check their knowledge so far, assess their strengths and weaknesses, allowing me to re-construct my approach where necessary.
