I encourage critical thinking through discussion and research to help learners understand the current evidence-base, thus promoting confidence in decision-making and competence in the care of vulnerable people.

I am an advanced clinical practitioner working in the prison sector and have direct responsibility for frail elderly, those living with dementia and at end of life.
Previously troubleshooting nursing home manager for homes with poor CQC ratings and experienced nursing home manager.
