Hello! My name is teacher Dawn. I have over 6 years teaching experience. I have taught both online and in person. I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a master's degree in special education. I have taught ESL to children in other countries also from the comfort of home. I have my TESOL and my TEFL. This means that I am qualified and am allowed to teach all around the globe. In my classroom you can expect a welcoming experience where it is ok to make mistakes and ask questions. This is how we learn after all! I am more than capable of adapting to my students' learning needs and believe that learning should be taught in a way that the student learns best. Every learner is different and learns differently. It is my job as an educator to make sure that everyone who enters my classroom receives the best teaching possible.

My teaching philosophy:

We must give every student equal opportunity to learn and grow. Not all students have the same support outside the classroom. So as a teacher, I try to help bridge gaps when I see them and give struggling students a chance to succeed academically.

I also believe:

Every student has their own unique talents, skills, challenges, and background. By getting to know my students as individuals, I can help them find the learning styles that work best for them, now and throughout their education.
