Although I work with all ages, my passion is in working with the younger generation before they have been over programmed by their parents, schooling, friends, enemies and social media. As 85% of families are dysfunctional the vast majority of us need more advise, direction, clarity, focus and motivation. A professional athlete cannot be the best without a coach; the same applies to us in this game of life.
We are all stuck in life because we can’t see our blind spots. We are all constantly in a battle with two voices in our head but unfortunately the one that keeps us safe and comfortable usually wins. I offer a very valuable service to those that are open and not resistant. Those who want to address their negative self-talk which will aid in their relationship with others. Those that are struggling to find their passion and fulfillment. Those that are suffering from anxiety, fear and other mental states. Those that are in lack of the main thing that holds us back from everything, confidence!
