I’m a professional guitarist that has over 14 years experience in the live music industry. I’ve been teaching for over 2 years now and I very much enjoy the fulfilment I get from seeing others achieve success and grow their knowledge of the guitar and how to play it.
I tend to try and find out what the student wants to learn and then I’ll try to tailor my lessons to suit their needs to keep it fun and interesting. Learning can be frustrating and it definitely takes time to be a good guitarist, this is why it’s important for me to keep it fun along the way.
We will look at bands or artists that the students like and what type of music they like to play. If the student doesn’t quite know what they want to learn then I can step in and provide some ideas to get creative.
