Being born in Portugal and with African backgrounds made me grow in a mixed type of kitchen and ingredients, gave the Mediterranean base of my cooks with touch of the great African ingredients. Moving to London open my doors to new cultures and diferent type of knowledge and I meet great chefs that actually made become a professional one. I have passion for cooking and I can't wait to share that with my friends and students. From grilling, to frying, from baking to tasting.
I also have a Instagram page with plus 20000 followers, that enjoy my recepies and the history behind it. Been an influencer for some time now and seems that it is the future, and that makes me exited by trying something like this. I'm a easy going person, fun, and very loyal, I love the world and all the positive things on it. I hope i can help people enjoy life and the beautiful flavours and textures that nature gave us. I developed my own recepies but I can also teach how to make classics that everyone loves and eats every day, or that dish for an especial occasion that makes everyone happy. Cooking should be a pleasure not a mission, cooking should be with love and not by pressure, and I can't wait to share that with everyone, bite by bite.
