Hugely interested and fascinated by range of tools and techniques in personal development that can help support individuals to achieve their goals. My experiences are very much customer care driven across a range of sectors (3rd Sector, social and supported housing, health and social care, private sector) and includes a wide range of experience at both management and front line.

My sessions are specific to you. Drawing on substantial management and recruitment experiences, across public, community and voluntary sectors as well as range of motivational tools and techniques, sessions will be tailored to your specific needs. By end of sessions, you will feel more knowledgeable, aware and confident of achieving your goals.

How do I do this? By identifying your core strengths and building on them to support you in your growth and confidence to achieve. By removing any barriers you may have unintentionally built up in your mind about your limits. If it's technical knowledge around management, business administration or customer service, I can design short bite sized knowledge sessions. However, I find it's about tapping into your potential, your desire for learning that reaps the most benefit.
