As a new personal trainer, my lessons are designed to be engaging, educational, and most importantly, fun! I believe that fitness should be enjoyable and not feel like a chore. During my lessons, I use a variety of formats, including one-on-one sessions, small group classes, and online coaching, depending on the needs and preferences of my clients.

As a new personal trainer, my lessons are designed to be engaging, educational, and most importantly, fun! I believe that fitness should be enjoyable and not feel like a chore. During my lessons, I use a variety of formats, including one-on-one sessions, small group classes, and online coaching, depending on the needs and preferences of my clients.

The content of my lessons is based on my clients' goals, interests, and fitness levels. I start by assessing their current fitness level and then tailor the workout plan to help them achieve their goals. I also focus on educating my clients on proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results.

Having shadowed other personal trainers in the gym, I have gained valuable experience and have learned various techniques and methods to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. I am excited to share my knowledge and passion for fitness with my clients and help them achieve their desired outcomes.

I am thrilled to share that I am on the cusp of completing my Sports and Exercise Science degree and have recently embarked on a Level 4 qualification in Strength and Conditioning. This academic and professional experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the human body's anatomy
