-- What do I specialise in? --
I am a physics undergraduate at Imperial College London. I specialise in tutoring Maths and Physics at GCSE and A-Level (and equivalent SQA National 5 and Higher levels) and hold a great understanding of the courses. Having previously tutored and taken the courses myself, I know what is required to get great results!
I am also a Physics Academic Mentor at the Imperial Global Summer School, in which I support the learning of 16-17 year olds in introductory, university-level physics and mathematics.

-- How do lessons usually plan out? --
Lessons consist of engaging discussions with the student of the underlying theory of each topic, to help fully understand it. At the beginning of each lesson, I like to link back to previously covered material through 'warm-up questions' which reinforces the student's learning. We then work through problems, with the student progressively becoming more independent.
Each lesson is flexible to adapt to the student's needs to ensure they get the most out of the time.

-- What is my teaching style? --
My teaching style prioritises flexibility to adapt to the student's needs. I like to have engaging discussions with the student to understand the areas they need the most help and adapt the lesson accordingly.

I throughly enjoy the subjects I tutor and currently study physics as undergraduate at Imperial College London. My passion for each subject shows through my tutoring and further engages the student. I believe the best way of learning is one that is engaging and enjoyable.
