My lessons are potentially more targeted towards the student level of competence depending on how quickly they absorb information which I have a Specialised test to gauge each and every student depending on each student’s outcome would determine my approach towards how I would implement my teaching methods for instance a student A scores 15/100 with him spending more than 30 minutes on the questions in comparison to a student B who scored 92/100 with less than 20 minutes, I could perceive student’s A issue as him not understanding the fundamentals of how a logic works considering he might have invested way more time than student B with respects to time, this goes to show that students are labeled “failure” when it’s just them not having the confidence to bring up not getting the basics as they could be subjected to a form of bullying (cyber, physical) in which in this case I tend to try my best to make my client as comfortable as possible with adding humor during classes/breaks as well to keep them engaged on the topic, another aspect is closely analyzing their thought pattern relatively to the provided mark scheme, if the student seems to make relevant or irrelevant mistakes I would need to re access my methods as times a student could be a “yes” man who may not understand their respective subject and just decide to pass on time which is why I tend to give these Specialised test to avoid the student getting used to thus unpleasant attitude
