I've been working with the OXFORD ONLINE PRACTICE material for self-improvement, students register and use the material for 18-24 months, + authentic content, early stages within a lot of repetition and practice, arts and theatre, building dialogue, monologues and training speaking at all times.

Conversations are the key, to what you like in your language, be it gaming or talking shop(businesses) fashion, housework, painting, or reading(I have a book club for that). Everyone is more than welcome to choose my special lessons!
