I’m currently training at TriYoga under the guidance of Adam Husler and Michael James Wong, whose teachings inspire my approach. Adam’s focus on alignment, precision, and strong foundations in each pose, paired with Michael’s emphasis on mindfulness and connection to the breath, deeply influences how I design my classes. Their expertise and approach to yoga have instilled in me the importance of building a strong, sustainable practice that prioritises both physical and mental well-being.
Each class I teach incorporates elements of strength, flexibility, and relaxation, followed by calming meditation to encourage mental clarity and inner peace.
