I am supportive mentor. Who allows students to think more on and about the topics, I feel my self so Privileged to have a chance of supporting students in their studies in turn in growth.
I actually dont believe in teaching the concepts as such, rather I feel 'if one can create sufficient curiosity of knowing things' which allows a level of dynamism in students and will drive them through the journey of learning. These days everything is in their fingertips, so i will be a media of creating curiosity.
I enjoy interactive classes where more of dynamism, thought process, learning is involved from the students and by my side.
Biology being my favorite area, I am pretty sure that I can make any student curious, being loved and focused. If this can be achieved, the students can't escape being drawn to the beauty of the subject. Making biology their favorite subject is no more a idea, it will be a living reality.
