I coach and mentor people in order to clarify commitment, identify purpose, and align people to their most fundamental sense of purpose. My online sessions are a mix of facilitation, case studies, scenarios, quizzes, discussion, and presentations.
I set activities between sessions in order to make the learning as 'sticky' as possible, and I use an approach where learners take responsibility for their development through person-led research. An element of self-curated learning is important as this helps with making learning relevant and ongoing.
