I will do a very short verbal and written assessment and then once the gaps in knowledge and skills has been established, I would discuss how we can work to bridge those gaps depending on individual needs and preferences. Once the goals have been established then I would develop a lesson plan to follow and we start tackling one by one the areas of improvement.
