I like to simplify my lessons to the level of the student. Whether that be using beginner vocabulary and methods, or having a conversation with a person of same level of knowledge as me. I try my best to keep the learning part fun, and the fun part educational. My biggest goal is that all the students find solutions to their problems and leave the lesson with a smile. With experience in helping mostly my peers, friends, and family members, I have already worked with a broad selection of standards, knowledge levels, and age groups. Whenever I find myself in a stuation not to be able to help a student with all the questions, I make sure we find one together, so both of us can go home with something new learned that day. The best part about teaching music is not to share the passion I have for it with my students, but to try my best to explain why I have that passion and encourage the students to find their own passion within music.
