Currently, as an EAL member at the school I attend, I leverage my personal journey of learning English from scratch to empower others facing similar challenges. I employ a multifaceted approach that combines interactive visual aids, role-playing exercises, and context-based modules to break down complex language concepts into clear, manageable steps. My lessons are carefully structured to gradually build vocabulary and grammar skills, using real-life scenarios and culturally relevant materials to ensure that abstract ideas become tangible.

I also integrate multisensory techniques—including digital tools, engaging games, music, and storytelling—to cater to diverse learning styles and actively engage every student. This method has proven especially effective with children who do not speak Romanian, where I rely on non-verbal cues and context to bridge communication gaps. I design tailored sessions that emphasize visual storytelling and practical application, which not only enhance comprehension but also boost confidence and fluency in English.

Collaborating closely with teachers and fellow support staff, I continually adapt my strategies to meet the unique needs of each learner. My goal is to create an inclusive, supportive environment where every student feels empowered to overcome language barriers and excel academically. This role not only reflects my passion for language education but also underscores my commitment to fostering success in others, regardless of their linguistic background.
