Here's a look at what you can expect:
- Week 1: Introduction to you and your goals
- Week 2: Presentation of fitness and nutrition plan that works with your lifestyle. At home or gym guide, meal plan with grocery list.
- Week 3: Check in. Review accountability notebook (how many workouts did you complete, what your meals looked like). Tweak the plan if needed.
- Week 4+: Ongoing weekly check ins to maintain accountability, review goals, etc.

Possibility of conducting online workout classes if desired. Conducted either at home via virtual meeting or bring me to your gym with your headphones in.
