As I’ve progressed over the years my delivery on my sessions have improved most importantly helping you get the results you want. My lessons are for 1 hour per day , online or in person. it’s up to you how many times a week you would like your sessions. I previously worked at anytime fitness & a gymnastics coach delivering 2 hour group sessions, at anytime fitness I did boxer-size sessions, well being appointments to make sure everyone was reaching there goals wants more help ext…
So what I offer is to help you grow as a person through yoga, boxer-size, gym training (fat loss - weight gain)
You can do one or more of the following lessons above. My goal is to help as many people as possible because I know it can hard! I have been through the ups and downs but now I’m constantly driven & motivated to push others. I won’t be 100% motivated everyday of the year no one is! We are all human. that’s another thing what I teach is to stay Discipline. Positive Daily habits are key to staying motivated.
