Well I use different formats with each and every student I look at what level they are on based on that I give them the methods that they need to use in order understand and properly solve the question in the shortest amounts of time.I believe each child has their own way of learning and I adapt with them accordingly.Each child is unique so my way of teaching them should also be unique.I give my full attention and heart to my students.Weak or strong I will test them to the best of their abilities.
