I have been teaching for a total lesson time of 50 hours across a variety of learners. Lessons will start off with introducing the concept slowly, then giving examples and giving questions, helping to gap any holes in the students understanding. At the start of each lesson, I usually do a quick recap of the concepts learnt in the previous lessons to reinforce understanding of the content. Some lessons will include past papers if exams are close to help the student with exam technique and timing. If needed, I'll adjust the pace of learning to ensure that the student understands the content and is not left confused to prevent issues arising in the future where they may need to use their foundational knowledge to understand more complicated concepts.

I'll use real world examples to help engage the students interest and also to show them why we use what we use to. This will foster interest and hopefully remove the anxiety of doing maths. You can search me up on superprof to see the reviews I have gotten from students and their parents. Very small amounts of homework will be set so that the student will get into a habit of doing a few maths questions a day to help them consolidate their learning. It would usually take 10-15 mins per day to complete the homework. I am very open minded and am willing to take constructive feedback from the student at the end of each lesson as I believe that without feedback, no one can improve.
