I started learning guitar at the age of 11, where I took classical guitar lessons and learned theory work too. I eventually moved onto folk guitar where I picked it up super quickly and started teaching myself quicker than the lessons I was receiving. After going off to high school I had already joined 2 local school bands and competed in many Eisteddfods in South Africa- Stellenbosch. During high school I took initiative and fully started learning myself, through online courses and videos.

Now that I've settled in the UK, it's time to pursue my passion! I've taught many youngsters as well as a few adults and only had great outcomes! My teaching style involves a lot of practice and repetitiveness, we go slow and steady ( because there's nothing worse than an overload of information).
