First and foremost, my experience is in the teaching is to observe my student IQ
Measurement and assist to improve their capabilities.
However, I always teach my students identifying of one self and discover their weakness.
Moreover,I apply good communication skills between myself and my students as a means of educational collaboration.
Addition to that, I abie by the rules of what is to be taught by my lesson plan.

Nevertheless ,I prepare my personal notes which I study to help students in their weak area
Another format, I apply is the research methodology especially giving students worksheet and of course study project.
Another point is, I will introduce the peer to peer rating of work, a strategy which helps students to learn from friends rate their worksheet answers using their own marking scheme and finally to be approved by the class teacher.

Addition to that, Teaching of communication skills.this helps students to overcome language barriers.
Moreover, I create period or time for discussion forums to rate the level of understanding of students.

However, creating a period for reading because English involves a lot of reading and finding meaning to words which aren't understandable.
Assigning my students with lot of assignments and English project .

Teaching of good norms of communication during online and courtesy.
Always ready to assist them with their assignment and discuss it with them for easy understanding.
Discussions of topics once a week, especially tackle areas of difficulties and provide a strategy to overcome difficulties in English.
