I'm a learning centred teacher with an interactive and dynamic teaching method with the use of the 3Rs': Respect, Reputation and the Right to learn.
Respect in terms of understanding a pupil's interest that is, what he/she stands for and then harness that interest to derive a common goal which leads to building a good reputation between us, as well as fostering the right of a pupil to learn regardless of intellectual differences or interest. Communicating effectively which will build a strong communication through the use of audio- visual or visual aids if need be,to impact learning.
