In these in depth lessons I will cover the primary principles of landscape photography.
With over a decade of experience, my measured approach to teaching will give you the room and encouragement to grow as a creative student.

You will learn:
1) Equipment and Setup - How to work seemlessly with your equipment and develop tips and habits that will make you a better photographer.
2) Location and Planning - This is a guide which can be taught in person or online, how to prepare for a shoot and what do you need to think about when you get to your location.
3) Taking your first shots - This is all about having fun and letting your creativity loose. I want to see your personal flare and talent in every pixel.
4) Lighting - This will be a basic guide on different types of lighting, the equipment needed and how to not miss those critical windows of opportunity.
5) Composition - How to frame a photograph is very important in telling a story, we can go as deep as you like and regular feedback will be provided on your images.
6) Weather and Conditions - When you are out in the field, things can change very quickly, you need to be able to deal with each situation as it comes your way.
7) Sharpness and Quality - How to get high quality images is what you all want to know, this will be suited to each individual's equipment and ability.
8) Editing and Post Production - Photos need editing in order to tell the story you want, this is how to do it professionally and seamlessly.

Lessons are personal and tailored to each student, if you have specific requirements please let me know and we can work from your current knowledge and ability. Lessons 2-5 can be taught in person if possible.
