°A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvement and act as a Behavioural analyst and mentor to the students.
Guidance and Counselling Service given by a professional counselor/Counselee to the student's, to ensure there is Cognitive, Behavioural and Psyco-Social changes in their course of learning and their environment. Ensuring proper follow-up of a client's/children needs. Carry out social-related activities including, social investigations, Counseling etc.
Conducting a weekly assembly Seminars, Guidance and Talks to the student's. To supervise and ensure data collection in protection, update children's/Clients files and records. Make recommendations to Management,Teachers and Parents about the best course of action of a child.
Interpersonal skills with the students and the staffs. Collaborate with the health,schools and the child's family.
Ability to offer a high level of professional & Counselling/Guidance to Children's
Emotional Intelligence. High level of integrity and discretion.
Ability to communicate and interact well with the students of different educational, linguistic, cultural and socio-economic background.
In conclusion, I implement adequate teaching skills during my teaching session, for the student to understand the objectives and content of the subject teaching, also for a positive learning outcome in other to know the unknown and acquiring knowledge.
