Dan Martin

Hi, I’m Dan, a Year 13 A Level student studying German, History and Politics. I have been learning German for 4 years and in that time have managed to become proficient in spoken and written German. I received a 9 in GCSE German with 229/240 (95%), leading me to win an award for outstanding spoken German. At A-Level I continue to improve my proficiency, and have recently received an offer from the University of Cambridge study German and beginners Russian. I have over a year of experience in tutoring, mainly 11+ mathematics, and I wish to share my knowledge of not only the German languages but also the best most efficient methods I used and continue to use to achieve top grades at both GCSE and A Level. My lessons will often include vocab tests, explanations of grammar, writing/speaking practice, and sharing tips on how to get a 9/A*.
