I am an a-level student with grade 9 in Spanish GCSE, I am a friendly and supportive tutor and I hope you will trust me to help the student in their Spanish academic journey. In our first lesson, we will cover anything the student has initial concerns about and we will discuss main topics of interest and gauge student’s knowledge on topic already. After the session, I will design a plan for the student on how I will help them improve and be able to reach their high grade potential. During the consequential lessons, we will work on understanding the terms and learning the content for the first half. Then for the second half of the lesson, we will go through different exercises from resources such as kerboodle exercise books. Additionally, I might set exercises for the student to complete in their own time which we will mark and go over at the start of the next session. Moreover, after 5 sessions we will go through a full past paper GCSE exam for the student to do and go through any questions which the student gets stuck on, which I will then mark before the next session and grade. This is so that the student and parent can observe their progress and from there we will re-evaluate and I’ll create a new student plan. I will also advise the student on how to improve their grades even more through pronunciation exercises, reading comprehension exercises, past paper exam questions and more.
