I am a down-to-earth, pragmatic, seasoned professional. Colleagues and customers will say that I am focussed, dependable and energetic with safe-hands, pace and presence. I am diplomatic, industrious, organised and plan and execute strategies that create success. I can maximise success for individuals, teams and organisations.

The first part of any session is to listen and understand your aims and objectives. A lot of listening and questioning and discussion is step 1. Then it's about developing a plan of action that will turn the idea or blockage into something more positive and productive.

Remember the only aim is to generate revenue and profit !

My job is to help you develop and implement a sales execution strategy to drive sales productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction. I anticipate that an appropriate sales methodology, forecasting process and flawless execution will be required.

Working with a proven value-based sales engagement philosophy, I will provide direction and coaching on sales processes, go-to-market-messaging, sales materials, precise instruction, sales certification (readiness exams) and 1-1 sales engagement intervention to unblock those stuck deals.

This can all be accomplished through video calls and emails and usual ways of communications. Powerpoint and video materials are all used in a supporting manner.

I have done this for many years and with many individuals, leaders and global corporations companies.
