My name is Dalian Nyoh Eke. I am 25 years old. I have a Bachelor degree of Education, major in English Language and a Higher Teachers Training Diploma. I have taught in Gracesoncia Nursery and primary school Efoulan Yaounde, Cameroon for a year and currently teaching English as a foreign language in Rasada school Thailand.

In my own view, learner centered instruction and contents centered instruction is preferable teaching English as a second language. Giving tasks to students and allowing them building the knowledge by themselves, instills some confidence in them as they discover that they are not empty vessels. Also when learners discover knowledge by themselves, they tend to memorize, practice and store in their long term memory which helps them not to forget. Thus, the teacher's duty is to guide the learners and facilitate learning.

Lessons content will varry from learner to learner depending on their needs, age, priorities, objectives and goals. However, each lesson will be structured in four parts:
-vocabularies. Learners are given vocabularies, understand and identity in their primary languages.

-Speaking. Pronounce and making meaning of the vocabularies using the correct grammar tenses.

-listening. Listen to conversations, dialogues. And compositions.

-writting. Putting down what has be learned (tasks). Writing compositions, developing short talks and conversations.
