I am looking to pursue a bachelor's degree in Education therefore tutoring can help me in learning about how things are done in that specific industry. Tutoring will help me to fully practice and live in the education sector. I have noticed that students are different. Some needs visual techniques, some pictorial techniques and others can even rely on technology to grasp the concept that needs to be grasped. This therefore allows me to start by making an assessment on my students to take note of who needs what technique to fully grasp lessons and tutorials. This assessment helps in making sure every child's need is met whether he or she is challenged anyhow or he or she has no challenges whatsoever. Lesson breakdowns are equally important. This makes me aware of the content that I'm presenting to the students. This also helps me in taking note of my students progress. Syllabus for the lessons and subject modules can also be a good way of lesson breakdowns.
