It is a process in which both the teacher and the students use the learn and develop their skills.
My method of teaching identifies and target the weakest student in the class and design the whole learning process in a pace that will suit the slow learners and at the same time not retarding the quick learns back to mediocrity.
I prefer the interactive method to teaching as I would like to carry everybody along.
