I am experienced in providing one-to-one lessons online, adapting classes to suit the level and needs of each individual student. I am friendly and patient and really listen to the needs of my students whilst ensuring that lessons challenge them to do their very best.

• Supporting refugees and asylum seekers in learning and improving their English language skills. • Providing a safe and comfortable space for my students to learn and grow whilst having fun. • Planning and preparing lessons by utilising authentic material, and / or worksheets and lesson plans shared online. • Ensuring lessons are adapted to the individual needs and level of each student. • Delivering one-to-one lessons, using online platforms such as Google Meet and Miro Whiteboard. • Helping pupils improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; pinpointing and focusing on main areas where improvement is needed. • Checking and assessing students’ work and providing feedback. • Assigning homework and interesting exercises.
