I have little to no experience in teaching but from my long experience in education I believe engaging lessons, applying knowledge and gaining overall understanding of the subject are crucial !
My teaching style would be individually tailored to suit your needs, since every one is different and absorbs information differently!

For more engaging lessons, i would recommend more exercises and more back-and-forth with the students

For more theory oriented lessons, a series of slides or a presentation along with demonstrations and applications of said theory is the best way

However if you are feeling like you are struggling with a particular subject, having difficulty wrapping around a specific part or equation, then my approach would be to first simply to help understand the concepts at hand and then slowly progress to more complex explanations as you gain a better understanding.

While physics and science might not be important in the career you want to pursue, what is important, is getting in a good college/sixth form and in that, every subject is important!

If the career you are interested by does rely on physics or on science, then it is important to grasp the basics early on, in order to have a strong foundation to build upon.
