I have been couched by Craig in the gym and for martial arts and my progress was astonishing i was able to acomplish many things because of his help like weight loss/weight gain/ running goals and getting better at martial arts. He provides extensive research and tips that are very helpful. He was very good at tracking my progress and making sure I keep track of my training and diet. He was also very good for motivation and a very pleasent person to talk to .Over all a great guy would 100% recommend??
