Whether you’re looking to boost strength, improve cardiovascular health, enhance muscular endurance, or achieve hypertrophy, I have you covered. My classes range from high-energy group exercises and fun boxercise sessions to personalized one-on-one training and specialized programs for children. I incorporate a mix of cardiovascular workouts, strength training, and conditioning exercises. Additionally, I provide basic nutritional advice to complement your training.

I have been couched by Craig in the gym and for martial arts and my progress was astonishing i was able to acomplish many things because of his help like weight loss/weight gain/ running goals and getting better at martial arts. He provides extensive research and tips that are very helpful. He was very good at tracking my progress and making sure I keep track of my training and diet. He was also very good for motivation and a very pleasent person to talk to .Over all a great guy would 100% recommend??

Myself and Craig have known each other for a long time now, we’ve grown up together, experienced all the fundamentals in the ACF (army cadet force) and both became Corporals. During our time we also started training Muay Thai together and still do to this day, he’s a very committed and hard working individual and he always lists the spirits and insecurities of the people he’s around.
