I have been teaching English for 18 years to different age groups: children, teenagers and adults who were either preparing for Cambridge exams or wanted to learn English for their jobs or studies. I am a CELTA and DELTA qualified teacher and I am also completing my Master's degree at Oxford Brookes University, England. I am currently teaching at the UNIVERSITY in Italy and I am also a Cambridge Speaking examiner for several levels. I love teaching, travelling . A good teacher is a teacher that never stops being a student as well, as the continuous professional development is the key to becoming an excellent teacher and supporting students throughout the language acquisition process!
I always try to understand my students and adapt the lessons according to their needs so that they never lose interest and can make progress more easily!
My future professional development step will be a Phd in Education and teaching as I think research in Education and teaching is an important step towards improvement both as teacher but also as a person.
I have also published some articles regarding the language acquisition process that you can easily find on researchgate website.
Good luck with your language acquisition process!
