Each pupil is different. My aim in the classroom is to not only ensure full understanding of a topic but also equip every one of my pupils with full confidence in the application of said topic. In order to achieve this I tailor my lessons to each pupil, attempting to find the perfect balance between examples, explanations and exercises. My aim is to minimise the number of hours the pupil needs while maximising their improvement and attainment in the subject.
